Rental Rates
The Lofino Plaza Meeting Room offers complimentary use for the first four hours each month for community partner groups within the City of Beavercreek. Community partner groups include all service organizations and nonprofits using the space for non-business purposes.

| Regular Rate (Includes all business meetings and organizations outside of the City of Beavercreek) | $40 per hour |
