How to Participate in the #ExploreBeavercreek ChallengeExplore Beavercreek

Explore Beavercreek with Beavercreek Parks, Recreation, and Culture! Join in on the fun by taking part in the #ExploreBeavercreek challenge for a chance to win great prizes while discovering everything Beavercreek’s parks and programs have to offer! Participation is simple - just follow the three steps below:

Step 1: Sign Up for the City Newsletter

Stay informed about upcoming programs, events, and city news by subscribing to the City of Beavercreek’s digital newsletter. Already a subscriber? Great - this step is complete!

Step 2: Attend a Beavercreek Parks, Recreation & Culture Program or Event

Register for and attend at least one Beavercreek Parks, Recreation, & Culture program or event. While you're there, take a picture to document your experience.

Step 3: Visit a Park

Visit at least one of the following parks in the City of Beavercreek and take a photo during your visit:

Submission Instructions

Once you’ve completed all three steps, submit your entry using the form on this webpage. You’ll need to upload:

  • One photo from the event or program you attended
  • One photo from your park visit

Photo types can include selfies, group shots, or landscape photos—as long as the park or event setting is clearly identifiable.

Steps two and three must be completed between May and August 2025. Entries are limited to one per person and you do not have to be a Beavercreek resident to participate. The deadline to complete the challenge and submit your entry is Friday, August 1, 2025.

All eligible participants will be entered into a prize drawing to win tickets to local attractions, gift cards, Beavercreek merchandise, or Parks and Recreation Bucks to use toward future programs. Winners will be contacted using the information provided in the submission form the second week of August 2025. 

Bonus Entry Opportunity! 

Earn an extra entry by sharing your experience on social media. Tag the City of Beavercreek and use the hashtag #ExploreBeavercreek. Social media participation is optional and only required to receive a bonus entry. Selected posts may be featured on the city’s official accounts. 

Please note, by submitting photos through this challenge, you grant the City of Beavercreek permission to use the images to promote the campaign, including potential use on social media or in future marketing materials. Prizes

Prizes include tickets to local attractions such as Breakout Games - Dayton, the Cincinnati Zoo, Cinemark at The Greene, Young’s Jersey Dairy, and Nova Trampoline and Adventure Park. Additional prizes include gift cards to Blue Sky Coffee, City BBQ, Graeter’s Ice Cream, Knollwood Garden Center, Old Scratch Pizza, Painting with a Twist, Puzzles Plus, Ritter’s, Roosters, and Pizza Dive.
