Board Meetings
Meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month, as needed, if there are agenda items such as zoning variances or appeals of administrative decisions. These meetings take place at City Hall in the Council Chambers, located at 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

Applications
The deadline for submitting applications for variances and other issues addressed by the board for the following month’s Board of Zoning Appeals meeting is the second Thursday of the preceding month at 4:30 p.m. Please contact the Planning and Development Department at (937) 427-5512 prior to submitting a variance application in order to discuss procedures and likelihood of approval.

About the Board
The Board of Zoning Appeals hears and determines applications for zoning variances from the provisions of the city's zoning code, and appeals of administrative decisions.
