Meetings

Monthly work sessions are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m., rotating between different city parks and facilities.
Quarterly televised meetings are held on the second Tuesday of February, May, August, and November at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Beavercreek City Hall, located at 1368 Research Park Dr., Beavercreek, OH 45432.

About the Board

Established by the City Charter, the Parks, Recreation & Culture Board makes recommendations to parks staff and City Council for the operation of public parks and recreation facilities, as well as for the improvement of parks, parkways, bikeways, and other areas. The Parks, Recreation & Culture Board is advisory in nature and works to promote interest in recreation, parks, fitness, and related activities.

Watch Meetings

The board's quarterly meetings are televised on Beavercreek Television, available on Spectrum Cable Channel 5 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99. The meetings can also be watched via live streaming, video-on-demand, and the city's YouTube channel.

2019 Master Plan Executive Summary

In 2019, the City of Beavercreek’s Parks, Recreation & Culture Division conducted a 10-year master plan for the city’s parks system to help determine the future needs of the community.
