About the Beavercreek Development Corporation (BDC)
Established by the City of Beavercreek in 2019, the Beavercreek Development Corporation (BDC) is a not-for-profit community development organization dedicated to supporting growth, investment, and job creation in Beavercreek. The corporation works alongside businesses, schools, and the City to keep Beavercreek a thriving place to live, work, and do business.
The BDC is recognized under Ohio Revised Code 1724.10 as a Community Improvement Corporation (CIC), which allows us to act as the City’s designated agency for economic development. This means we are empowered not only to encourage new projects but also to take on important tasks such as managing land, revitalizing properties, and building partnerships that strengthen the entire community.
